If you wish to delete your user account or remove data associated with any MSBLABS product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to msblabsltd@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request - [Product Name]”.
- Include your registered email address or user account identifier used within the app.
- Specify whether you request deletion of specific telemetry data or a full permanent account purge.
Deletion SLA Timeline
Upon receipt of your request, our team will confirm identity verification within 48 hours and complete permanent data purging within 30 calendar days.
